#TransformationTuesday Before I started lifting/training to now.
Didn’t think I’d get into fitness. I ate chips, drank soda, laid around and played video games. Then, the VERY NEXT DAY after we lost our playoff game, I thought I would go to the weight room. I never stopped after that and I never plan to until my body won’t allow me to anymore.
A lot of people see/hear how I eat and they say “Oh, I can’t do that”, or “That’s not me.” That’s fine, but anyone can eat well if you have goals. I have goals that motivate me everyday, which is why I do this everyday. I love it. I feel good and look good. And I’m just getting started
My senior project. Should be done soon. I’m presenting it to a high school health class. If you want to hear my story, what I went through, who I really am deep inside, and where I still have to go, you are welcome to come in and see my presentation. Especially for the class of 2015 and my friends. Just to see what a kid with a cleft lip and palate went through and some info about cleft lips and palates. #seniorproject
